Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline lost his re-election because he seeks morality and decency lawfulness in catching the sex predators who sent their underage victims to the abortion clinics -- leaving a paper trail against Dr. Tiller and the clinics for criminal action. On December 21, 2006, General Kline filed first criminal charges against Dr. George Tiller of Wichita, Kansas. Tiller’s attorneys first made the charges public when they held a news conference in Wichita on December 22, as Kline's motion for reconsideration is denied December 27th with plans to appoint a special prosecutor to handle appeals and 30 criminal charges.  Kline has had in his possession 90 medical records subpoenaed from two abortion clinics as part of his investigation into alleged cases of child rape, failure to report child rape and violations of state's late-term abortion statute with mostly young girls ranging from 10-22 years old.  The privacy of women and children has been protected by a protocol Kline's office established with the district court judge. Americans wait for the Kline victory over the sex predators. Additionally, by the time investigators for General Kline's office obtained the files on October 24, 2006, twenty-eight of the files subpoenaed by the Court in September 2004 relating to these issues had expired under the statute of limitations on any criminal activity. Woman of the Year

Phyllis Schlafly columns have provided meaty thought for morality and decency this year -- when considering, the reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) signed by President Bush in January with evidence now surfacing which indicates Congress should have fully examined and corrected before the law was passed. VAWA is a nearly-billion-dollar-a-year extension of one of the major ways that Bill Clinton bought the support of the radical feminists, nevertheless truthful cases of violence, unreported and reported rape, molestation, sexual abuse, and trafficking of women and children -- including the fact that most sex predators aren't caught yet, can be addressed with VAWA.
