Just forget that Muslim women are at risk for being stoned if they fight back a rapist -- on a recent trip to Istanbul I encountered a group of Muslim students who insisted that American culture was morally perverse. They called it “pornographic.” And they charged that this culture is now being imposed on the rest of the world. I protested that pornography is a universal vice. “Yes,” one of the students replied, “but nowhere else is pornography in the mainstream of the culture. Nowhere else is porn considered so cool and fashionable. Pornography in America represents an inversion of values.” Pornography, The Real Road to Perversion

Surgery on Girl

In a case fraught with ethical questions, the parents of a severely mentally and physically disabled child have stunted her growth to keep their little "pillow angel" a manageable and more portable size. Panhandlers

All Around You

The battle of the ages is raging all around you. It is a spiritual conflict between the kingdom of God and Satan’s forces of darkness—a war between good and evil. God is calling you to step up and take your place as His soldier in this epic battle. In 2007, some will fight battles with their health, some with their finances and others with their relationships and emotions. As Christians, we will be fighting battles to bring freedom and ministry to people around the world. No matter what the battle is, God has given us the victory; however, we must fight. We must prepare ourselves, get equipped and deploy our spiritual weapons for the battle. With God on our side, who can defeat us?
