He is accused of killing 5-year-old Destiny Norton, who was missing from her home in Salt Lake City July 16. Hundreds of neighbors turned out to search for her. Eight days later police found her body stuffed in a container in the basement of Gregerson's house just two doors away from her home. Police charge that he lured her to his property, suffocated her, then sexually abused her dead body. Rejected Help

As Bill Gates addressed the 16th International AIDS Conference in Toronto, Canada, he was received well enough but - when he mentioned abstinence or fidelity within marraiage combating AIDS, the crowd booed him. He said, "This approach has saved many lives, and we should expand it." Hallmark to the Bush Administration strategies against sexually transmitted diseases, include the "ABC" approach -- abstinence, be faithful, and condoms requires respect because it works. As the Canadians rejected "A" and "B," former President Clinton also spoke at the same gathering, and praised the Bush ABC's.

  

 

 

 

Citizen Involvement

An organized citizen's group in Kansas petitioned the DA for a grandjury to review the obscenity at the local topless bars.  Five business men were indicted on obscenity charges.

Pat Trueman, former head of the Justice Department’s war against pornography, said this is exactly the kind of community involvement needed to stop obscenity.
