Joran van der Sloot, a 22-year-old from Holland, remains the chief suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. She's the Alabama high school student who went missing while vacationing in Arubu five years ago.

I've been remiss in not addressing the case of Joran Van Der Sloot, the Dutch party boy who just confessed to killing a young lady, this time a Peruvian lesbian named Stephany Flores.

Richard Connelly reporting. William George Gammon, arrested and being held without bond for possessing child pornography, is a leading attorney in the state of Texas for uber-aggressive homeowners' associations.

As such, he's offered advice to the legislature and to potential clients. Like when he discussed on his blog whether homeowners' associations should notify residents if there were any sex offenders in their midst.

INSPIRATION WHERE? Speaker Nancy Pelosi has decided to follow President Obama’s lead in claiming that God directs her lawmaking, invoking the Bible as her legislative roadmap. If a conservative Republican did this, it would be the top of the news.

Last week, Pelosi made a rambling, redundant, somewhat incoherent monologue in which she claimed that “The Word” directed her. She clarified that meant “The Word Made Flesh”—the incarnate Deity—Jesus Christ.
