Public Update

November 2, 2006

 Major Victory

Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline has confirmed that his office is in possession of the 90 medical records subpoenaed from two abortion clinics as part of his investigation into alleged cases of child rape, failure to report child rape and violations of state's late-term abortion statue.  "Those medical records are being reviewed by criminal prosecutors and investigators in my office," said Attorney General Kline. "I want to remind Kansans that women and children are not and never will be under investigation - only abortion doctors, confirming doctors, and rapists are under investigation. Also, I have never sought the women's identities. I do not need their identities. Their privacy is protected by a protocol my office established with the district court judge to removing the identifying information of the women from the very beginning." Revealing Rapists

For years our prayer team has been praying among other requests, that God would reveal the sex predators across the country. As you know, the news is continuously reporting such activities. Nevertheless, Kansas General Kline has also been accomplishing just that -- as he reviews the medical records on underage girls aborting babies from two abortion clinics.  It is time for other Attorney Generals to follow this standard of the laws for underage girls seeking abortions, if they are serious about catching rapists.  When pornography is behind every sex crime, we don't have a minute to waste when most sex predators aren't even caught.  Contact your state Attorney General with letters addressing this urgent subject. Tell your AG that you will help his prosecutors - volunteering to review medical records received on finding evidence on the sex predators against underage girls. Attorney General Greg Abbott

Willing AG

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has served as the 50th Attorney General of Texas since December 2, 2002. Prior to his election as Attorney General, he was a Justice on the Texas Supreme Court and a State District Judge in Harris County.

As the state’s chief law enforcement official, Attorney General Abbott has made protecting children and families a priority. CfD is calling General Abbott asking if he will request the same medical records from the Texas abortion clinics breading the law -- as the Kansas AG did when he targeted the sex predators for underage girls. When you call, email, or write him -- let him know, you are willing to help prosecutors with the paperwork, however. Fugitive Child   Predators  Child Abuse
