General Kline of Kansas may file charges himself against illegal abortions and concealment of child rape by Dr. George Tiller and Planned Parenthood before he leaves office on January 8th. Earlier, Kansas Supreme Court denied requests to appoint a special prosecutor to oversee this ongoing criminal investigation into the clinics and doctor.
